Kidzu Children's Museum
Description

At Kidzu —make, build, explore and learn— an adventurous expanded Museum experience for age infant to tween. Kidzu’s new 8,500 square foot space is multi-sensory, play-centered, and focused on providing area children and their families, teachers, and caregivers an ever-changing menu of exhibits and programs that inspire creativity, collaboration and community. Kidzu Children’s Museum is a hands-on museum dedicated to inspiring young children and the adults in their lives to learn through purposeful play. Kidzu is adhering to COVID-19 protocols and procedures for a safe play environment. We require masks for ALL visitors over the age of 5, regardless of vaccine status. Gloves and additional PPE is provided to all visitors, staff, and volunteers.

Our volunteering opportunities include: *Exhibit Floor & Family Engagement *Makerspace (The Makery is our art studio that focuses on STEM) *Parent's Night Out (various Friday / Saturday evenings) *Junior Gardeners (Seasonal. Summer 2021 - Tuesdays/Thursdays 9:30am - 10:30am) *Special Workshops & more!
