WakeMed: Health Equity Vaccine Clinics
Description
We have staffed and supported COVID Vaccine Health Equity Strike Teams that have provided COVID vaccine clinics in various locations in South East Raleigh to vaccinate communities in the 27610 Zip code. We provide free and easy access to vaccination to this underserved community which has one of the lowest rate of vaccination in the state of NC.
