Burlington Tennis Center
Description

The Burlington Tennis Center (BTC) is a state-of-the-art, public facility offering twelve, plexipave, lighted courts positioned in four banks of three courts with a tennis pavilion, bleachers and tables for viewing during programs and events. BTC was built in 1996 as a result of a rich, local tennis history, and in 1997 recognized by the United States Tennis Association (USTA) for being an Outstanding Tennis Facility in the US and an official Tennis Welcome Center. BTC is located next to the Aquatics Center in City Park off Overbrook Road and behind the Kernodle Senior Center off Mebane St. In addition to BTC Burlington Parks and Recreation maintains two other tennis facilities; Fairchild Park (3 courts) and Davidson Park (2 courts), which have pickleball lines for those interested. Besides our beautiful facility, BTC offers a full range of fun tennis programs and services for both juniors and adults of all levels, while also organizing a calendar of events for the community, including hosting regional and state, high school tournaments, USTA and UTR junior tournaments, collegiate tournaments, along with many other events.
