Caja Solidaria is on a mission to ensure everyone has access to the abundance the Southern Appalachians offer. We realize this goal through three core initiatives: Food is Medicine, Equitable Community Engagement, and Mutual Aid. These initiatives are aimed at combating health inequities, strengthening social cohesion, building collective power, and nurturing a community of care.
