Cary Learning Academy is a non-profit school. We are dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children outside of regular school hours. We offer a variety of activities and resources to support the holistic development of each child, including academic support, creative arts, physical activities, and social-emotional learning opportunities.

Volunteer Activities

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children? Join our team of dedicated volunteers and become a vital part of our school. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to: Mentorship and Tutoring: Provide academic support and mentorship to students, assisting them with homework assignments and reinforcing key concepts in various subjects. Enrichment Activities: Lead or assist with enrichment activities such as arts and crafts, STEM projects, music, dance, and sports, fostering creativity and skill development in children. Supervision and Support: Help supervise and engage children during structured activities and free play, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Social and Emotional Support: Foster positive relationships and provide emotional support to children, helping them develop essential social skills, resilience, and self-confidence. Community Engagement: Collaborate with program staff and other volunteers to organize special events, community outings, and service projects that promote community engagement and civic responsibility.
